Supporting you at every stage of your wellbeing journey.

At Ngātahi, we understand that wellbeing isn't one-size-fits-all. Everyone's journey is different, which is why we've created a range of wellbeing pathways designed to meet you where you are.

Whether you're seeking one-to-one support, investing in your long-term wellbeing, looking for workplace wellbeing solutions, joining our community events, or beginning your professional development journey, we're here to walk alongside you.

Wellbeing Pathways

Rongoā Māori Wellbeing Programme

Invest in your wellbeing.

Wellbeing is a journey, not a single appointment.

Our Rongoā Māori Wellbeing Programmes have been created for those who are ready to invest in themselves through ongoing, practitioner-guided care.

As practitioners, caregivers, parents, leaders, and those who hold space for others, we often give so much of ourselves. Caring for ourselves is not a luxury—it is part of our responsibility.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include one or a combination of therapeutic approaches within your practitioner's scope of practice.

Corporate Wellbeing Pass

Supporting resilience, wellbeing, and balance in the workplace.

We spend a significant part of our lives at work. The way we feel at work influences how we show up at home, in our relationships, and within our communities.

The Ngātahi Corporate Wellbeing Pass has been created for working people who recognise the importance of investing in their wellbeing.

Whether you're navigating workplace stress, high workloads, burnout, physical tension, organisational change, or simply wanting to build greater resilience, this pass provides flexible access to practitioner-guided support.

Investing in yourself isn't selfish—it allows you to show up with greater presence, resilience, and capacity for yourself and the people around you.

Your practitioner will work alongside you to determine the most appropriate approach for your needs on the day.

The Corporate Wellbeing Pass may be purchased by individuals or by workplaces wishing to invest in the wellbeing of their people.
